Trip to Las VegasOn our way through Las VegasTrip to Las Vegas
Last year we made a trip to Las Vegas. It took 3 days by RV. Our first stop was at Amarillo, Texas. We ate at “Big Texan.”They are home to the throwing rolls & the 32oz steak,which you had to eat in an hour. The rolls are fun to throw, but sometimes they were hot. Next, we went to the “Cadillac Ranch”.They are cars stood up on their trunks. You are allowed to climb& spray paint the cars. It was really cool. The next day we went to the “Grand Canyon”. There was beautiful sights. We took so many amazing pictures. My dad took caution when he went on the ledge to take this on

Tuesday we had a football game at Burke-Toney Stadium. Please congratulate Coach Creech and the varsity team of East Ridge Middle for their hard effort against Jefferson. Although we lost the game to Jefferson 26 to 27, Jefferson was a tough team to beat. It showed in the beginning when Jefferson dominated the first two quarters leading 6 to 0 in the first half. However, East Ridge came back tying 13 to 13 in the third quarter. By the end of the game East Ridge was ahead 19 to 13 but was taken away by a tchnicality. Jeff
